Additional Online Services Survey Results

Thank you for the great response to the survey about additional online services. Below you will find a summary of the answers we received. Included are answers that cover the comments and questions.

Feature 1: The ability to add your own notes and file attachments.
Response: Rating of 7.65 out of 10

You would have 24/7 access to all of the data you have stored along with the information BGA provides. Any notes or attachments added by you, would belong to you. For any reason, at any time, you would have the option of having all the data you have stored sent to you outside of the broker portal.

Feature 2: Mobile Application
Response: Rating of 6.85 out of 10

Feature 3: Lead Generation Program
Response: Rating of 8.02 out of 10

This was the most popular of all the services surveyed. We are looking at exclusive leads only. We are still looking into how to provide these leads to you as well as the cost. We are also looking into providing you with "data mining" of your current clients for additional sales opportunities.

Feature 4: Enhanced Reporting
Response: Rating of 7.63 out of 10

There were a lot of questions about what this would include. We will be sending out additional surveys about the different possible services and promise to provide more detail about reporting.

Feature 5: Calendar and Reminders
Response: Rating of 7.16 out of 10

Depending on additional information we receive from you, we would approach this in one of two ways. (1) integrate with other calendars or (2) provide a standalone reminder for leads, renewals, etc.

Question: Would you be willing to pay a small monthly fee for these additional services?
Response: Almost half said they would.

The Broker Portal will remain as a free service. BGA continues to be dedicated to providing you with technology to help you grow your business. We will continue to enhance the current site with initiative ideas and this will continue to remain as a free service. We also have the opportunity to provide services that require further resources. For example, adding your own notes and attachments might be a service that we would need to pass on a small part of the cost to you. We do not have a set cost at this time. Your feedback from these types of surveys will help us decide how to move forward. We will keep you updated. It is our goal to keep any additional fees to a minimum.

 

Online Group Quoting

In the next few weeks you will be seeing a new feature on your AGB Broker Portal.

  • Using a new or existing client - start a group quote.
  • Create a unique link which will allow each individual in your group to upload a medical questionnaire, which in turn will build your census.
  • Attach all documents.
  • Submit

Individual Rater

Tell us what you think!! How do you like using the individual rater? What would you like to add? What would you like to change?

One of the many features of Automated Group Benefits is the ability to allow brokers to log into a website and obtain live, real-time quotes for carriers. After answering a few short questions, including client's zip code, census information, and plan types requested, gives the broker instant access to the carrier's quotes. AGB combines multiple carrier quotes into one easy to read quote comparison spreadsheet. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Last year we updated the look and feel of the AGB Broker Portal.  The content stayed the same, but we updated the look making it more current and user-friendly. Well we are at it again.  We think we can improve the look yet again, but this time we are ready to add additional features.  We have 3 main features in mind.  Search, improved filtering, and the ability to set viewing preferences.
